I wonder how I can get the font selector to show all available fonts? I would like to be able to use lucidatypewriter again in Gnome terminal and other applications.

There is a package that contians lucida, lucida bright and lucida typewriter in a form that all gtk2 programs can use. I know becuase I installed it. But I can not seem to find out which package is.
Can anyone help?
