Is there any meta package that does represent the GNOME Desktop release? Am
I the only one that thinks that such a thing might be useful? What is the
reasoning for including extra applications in something called "GNOME
Desktop". Notice that I am not challenging that, I am simply asking.

What happened to the Debian Desktop project that I heard about a while ago?
