Yeah, same problem here. I believe that this has been a problem for me since before 1.3.9, but I might be mistaken. I've been using Epiphany ever since it popped up, hating that browser's bookmark system all the way. My locale is set to "POSIX" -- Chris Eisley <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
