Hum, don't start in this way please. It's not always easy to track a bug, so could you just try with 2.4 kernel ? It could be a good start to find the problem. If you could provide some extra informations, it could be usefull to test : - fs type ? NFS or not ? The home dir is used as desktop ? - "which nautilus" - and attach or put somewhere the result of a ldd `which nautilus` Thanks
