galeon on arm: why has no build been attempted since Sept.?

Please forgive my impatience, but the only thing keeping meta-gnome2 out
of testing is that galeon is out of date on arm, and it appears that no
build of galeon on arm has been attempted since September.  Any reason for
this?  Is it not being submitted because there is known breakage?
