This package is based on a tarball from art.gnome.org (temporarily down) and is certainly not going to change. I think the proper thing to do would be to package the redhat-artwork package from Fedora. Since fedora is able to distribute it we should be able to package it without renaming it. I looked at it in the past but XFree86 4.3 was needed and not yet in debian/unstable. I will look at that soon but if someone else is willing to do it, please do. I will be happy to remove gtk2-engines-wonderland from the archive if a better solution is found.
