I did not succeed in binding (in gedit for gnome 2.10) Ctrl-A to "beginning of line". Setting the gconf key gtk-key-theme-name to "Emacs" in gconf gave me the Ctrl-E = "end of line" (maybe it worked before), but Ctrl-A remains bound to "select-all". Any hint? -- JCD
