Package: gnome-shell-extension-bluetooth-quick-connect Version: 36-1 Severity: normal X-Debbugs-Cc: debian-gtk-gnome@lists.debian.org
The core functionality of gnome-shell-extension-bluetooth-quick-connect (connecting and disconnecting Bluetooth devices via the quick settings menu) is now present in GNOME Shell itself, so I am probably not going to use this extension any more with gnome-shell >= 44. Upstream says they are going to continue to maintain the extension for its other features, neither of which I am particularly interested in: * ability to turn on Bluetooth and connect to a device as a single operation; * ability to turn off Bluetooth after a defined period of inactivity Is there anyone in the team who wants to take over maintaining this extension for those features, or should we drop it? smcv
