Historically, I don't explicitly test gnome-kiosk or phosh for the
GNOME Shell/Mutter transitions. At this point in Debian's release
cycle, I don't test GNOME Shell extensions either.

I haven't tried running GNOME Shell 50 on Debian or checked whether
the Breaks/Depends relationships make sense for this transition, but
if you're happy with those details, I think we're good to go.
