I kicked off the gtk-rs 0.11 transition. This involves ~50 rust packages, plus the GNOME apps written in rust.
glycin and loupe are already updated in experimental; once everything
has build I will upload them to unstable. The remaining packages will
also be updated soon. This time it's fairly easy; just bump the
version in Cargo.toml with a patch along with debian/control; no codechanges
are needed.

Thank you for working on this transition!

I see that rust-gtk4 is failing to build now.

Yeah, this is because of regeneration issues, I think I'll disable it for now until everything has migrated.
According to my understanding of the below lines from the excuses
report, britney is now smart enough to detect when rust virtual
packages are no longer built so we do have to update many or all of the
apps to finish this transition. I feel like this is a good thing for
making Debian Testing more stable, but it's a bit more work for us to
do compared to previous years.

migrating librust-ashpd-dev/0.13.11-2/amd64 to testing makes
Build-Depends of src:amberol uninstallable
Once gtk4 and its rdeps have built all GUI apps can be uploaded one-by-one.
