Hi List, I'm using a zaurus SL-5500 with the initrd and zimage from Matt Zimmerman's debian for zaurus page (http://people.debian.org/~mdz/zaurus/INITRD.BIN and http://people.debian.org/~mdz/zaurus/ZIMAGE). So far so good, until I decide to update all of the packages, and broke my ide-cs support. Now I can't access my CF card, which incidently contains most of the distribution (/usr, part of /var and /etc are all symlinks into /cf). When I run the init.d/pcmcia script I get:
gerbil:/etc/init.d# ./pcmcia start Starting PCMCIA services: cardmgr. cardmgr[248]: watching 2 sockets. cardmgr[249]: starting, version is 3.2.2 cardmgr[249]: socket 0: ATA/IDE Fixed Disk cardmgr[249]: executing 'modprobe ide-cs' cardmgr[249]: + modprobe: Can't locate module ide-cs cardmgr[249]: modprobe exited on signal 127 cardmgr[249]: module /lib/modules/2.4.6-rmk1-np2-embedix/pcmcia/ide-cs.o not available cardmgr[249]: get dev info on socket 0 failed: Resource temporarily unavailable I don't have the cross development tools installed, so I can't compile the kernel to get this module again. I can't open the INITRD file either (is it a cramfs image? i couldn't loopback mount it with -t cramfs. is it a jffs2 image? if so how do you mount one? it won't mount as a normal block device, it wants a MTD device). Can someone supply the needed ide-cs.o file for 2.4.6-rmk1-np2-embedix ? Alon -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
