Actually, the problem is that haskell-network depends on haskell-parsec2 which is in the Debian NEW queue : http://ftp-master.debian.org/new/haskell-parsec2_2.1.0.1-1.html and that gets processed when it gets processed. I think Joachim Breitner already emailed the people responsible for the debian NEW queue to ask for special consideration but nothing has come of that so far > May I be of help ? Only if you are one of the people who can process things in the NEW queue. If you are familiar with building debs with dpkg-buildpackage there is a (somewhat hackish) way around this.
