If your floor version (1.15.5.4) is correct, then Squeeze (or Lucid)
will suffice.  I don't think the *debian*-haskell group is obliged to
maintain compatibility with released versions of Ubuntu.

Both Squeeze and Lucid are scheduled for release next quarter.
