I took a look at those packages, and there're some things that deserve a
change, like using the ${haskell:Recommends} and ${haskell:Suggests}
variables. You may want to take a look at the patches I've made to
haskell-sdl, or to http://wiki.debian.org/Haskell/CollabMaint/PackageTemplate .
