I’d like to remind you that having “unstable” as the distribution
indicates that this packages should be uploaded now. I am not sure if
that is your intention, given the change seems very minor to you. If
not, you should probably set it back to “UNRELASED”.

Refer to http://wiki.debian.org/Haskell/CollabMaint/Processes and
consider setting DEBCHANGE_RELEASE_HEURISTIC=changelog in .devscripts,
then dch does the right thing automatically.
