Looking at (shortened):
$ apt-cache showpkg libghc6-src-exts-dev
Package: libghc6-src-exts-dev
Reverse Depends: 
  hlint-build-depends,libghc6-src-exts-dev 1.9
  haskell-hsx-build-depends,libghc6-src-exts-dev 1.5
  haskell-dummy-build-depends,libghc6-src-exts-dev

and then on http://hackage.haskell.org/package/hlint I see that the only
other reverse dependency, hlint, can handle 1.10. Feel free to upgrade
src-exts.
