Dear David, yes, this is correct. Previously, --interface-version was added by me to the Debian package, to expose the number in the first place: http://patch-tracker.debian.org/patch/series/view/ghc/7.0.4-8/haddock-expose-interface-version There, the result includes the prefix "haddock-interface-".
