Hi Clint, since you have uploaded both the hledger packages, and the new cmdargs package that prevents them from being built, are you going to take care of #655792 and #655790?
Upstream has not yet released new hledger packages, but maybe bumping the dependency in the .cabal file is enough. In that case, add a ".1" at the 5th position to the Version in the .cabal file (but not the Debian package version number), else cabal gets confused.
