This fails to build:

  Configuring highlighting-kate-0.5.0.5...
  hlibrary.setup: At least the following dependencies are missing:
  blaze-html >=0.4.2 && <0.5

Please try again in a clean chroot.

Also, a nitpick for citeproc-hs: you could have used
http://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/copyright-format/1.0/ for
the Format URL in the copyright file, now that it is standardised.
