nothing fully automated, but you can start with
http://anonscm.debian.org/darcs/pkg-haskell/tools/all-packages/all-packages.cabal
adjust the versions to what is in wheezy (removing packages not in
wheezy). Then you add the version of lense that you want to package, and
cabal install --dry-run will tell you if it is possible without
upgrading existing packages. If not, upgrade the packages it mentions
until it finds a solution, this should give you a TODO list for
packaging the libraries.
