Looking beyond mindless lintian compliance, if we, debian, care about
putting relro on all executables, shouldn't we patch software like
xmonad and dyre which an executable from user customization to have them
compiling it with relro?
And if I am to hack hlibrary.mk, shouldn't I put a reference to the
$LDFLAGS variable so that every flag in it gets applied?
