we have haskell-hfuse, haskell-hinotify, haskell-hsyslog, haskell-hslua,
and plenty of others, so I think it is fine to use haskell-hgettext and
libghc-hgettext – principle of least surprise.

If it were haskell-gettext originally we would not add another haskell-
in front, I’d say :-)
