probably not; I think a few version bumps by Dmitry never made it into the archive, for no good reason. I believe he marked them as UNRELEASED, so the uploaders heisitated... If you could go through them, check if they build, mark them as ready to be released, and prod me when you are done, then I can swiftly upload them.
