Hello Dmitry,
    I don't think it would be impolite. As a maintainer of a few things
on hackage, I don't like the fact that contributing to stackage requires
a github account, but alas I feel I am alone in this struggle. And in
the end, if the maintainer doesn't like it s/he can always say: "No,
thanks".

I took your packages-not-in-stackage list and tried to fill the gaps
scraping hackage; I attach the result, I hope it is useful. Note that
`yesod-init-test` and `hedgewars-server` are missing from the list
because they are not present in hackage
