I think I perhaps knew the answer to this a year or so ago, but I've forgotten:
Why are some builds (for example https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=haskell-say&suite=sid) failing with this error on arm64, while they succeed on armhf? If there is something not yet implemented for arm64, where is the upstream bug/issue?
