the currently uploaded version is Ok to me. The problem is indeed the
testing migration, which will (as far as I understand) only happen if
the build on mips64el, mipsel, s390x will succeed which will only work
if the Haskell build time dependencies can be satisfied again. The main
problem seems to be that libghc-array-dev is does not exists on these
architectures right now. So I suspect that nearly all Haskell programs
will be unbuildable on these architectures. So if there is any way I can
support this part of the project just let me know.
