Hi Jonas, We are now targeting LTS 16.9 in unstable. Could you please update pandoc to the corresponding version (2.9.2.1)? All the dependencies should be available.
Note that base-noprelude is not packaged for Debian. I didn't do so because it's used only on this version of pandoc and has been removed from newer versions. You will have to apply this[1] upstream patch. [1] https://github.com/jgm/pandoc/commit/a9ef15bbd574b Best, -- Ilias
