Wow! I didn't know we depended on pandoc somehow.
Copilot doesn't...but through a complicated dependency chain, probably
copilot has some common dependencies with pandoc. I didn't attempt to
trace the entire chain.
That bug has been fixed, so I think this should unblock
copilot once pandoc migrates to testing.
