This is awesome. Thank you for working on this, we have been meaning to
migrate away from CDBS for so long.
Hey all,
Migration work to dh-haskell is going well. I've completed one mass
rebuild and I believe I've addressed all the FTBFS and most of the package
differences. I've requested one more mass rebuild just to double-check
any remaining .deb file differences. A few questions as it relates to
completing this work:
1) I am planning to mass-migrate all packages in the DHG_packages
repository at once (and as part of this also migrate to debhelper compat
v13) in git. My work-in-progress for the migration is here [1] if anyone
would like to review/comment on the approach so far. Any objections?
2) I am *not* planning to *upload* packages to the archive just for this
change, given that this would be a significant burden on the buildds
and given that we are probably going to be going through an LTS upgrade
soon, anyway, for the new GHC version. Any objections or comments?
Thanks,
Scott
