i'd be willing to bet that HPUX and Linux have different implementations of `sum'. i suggest unpacking it under hpux and getting it from there. you might want to email the responsible people and suggest that they use a more suitable distribution format, such as cpio or posix tar. -- Revolutions do not require corporate support.
