Getting the ps2 mouse to work on 712/80

Hello once again,   I've finally gotten the XF86Config to work with my monitor type and have X working.....except for the ps2 mouse.   Anyone know how to get the PS2 mouse to work on the 712/80??   Thanks for your assistance.   mark
