uhm, no. non-us.debian.org is a repository of code which may not be distributed from the US or may be illegl for US residents to run. This would include code that may infringe on software patents or (until recently) code that contains cryptography. Some remnants of this still exist, eg lynx-ssl. -- "It's not Hollywood.
