I have inherited a D-class (dual 166 Mhz with 1.7 GB ram) and am trying to installer debian via the sarge installer (rc 2). When the ncurses menu pops up the 700/96 (monitor and kb that act as a serial terminal) does not do anything useable with the text. I can see what is going on to some degree but I can not react well to it.
