I had a woody hppa installation and then upgraded to sarge, but wanted also to upgrade my kernel to 2.6.* I don't know if this has anything to do with my problem, but i had tried unsuccessfully to install "kernel-patch-debian-2.6.8". I then tried to install "kernel-image-2.6.8-2-32" and i got this problem. I then removed the patch i had tried to install and tried again with the same negative results. If more information are needed, i will send them. Thanks --------------------------------------------------- ... I repeat, You need to configure your boot loader -- please read your bootloader documentation for details on how to add initrd images.
If you have already done so, and you wish to get rid of this message, please put "do_initrd = Yes" in /etc/kernel-img.conf. Note that this is optional, but if you do not, you will continue to see this message whenever you install a kernel image using initrd. Do you want to stop now?
