groff is badly compiled (prefix=/usr/local), that is my error, I just don't know how it could happen. So you have to make a /local -> . link to get it running. I will fix this later (any takers?). man-db is okay if groff works. However, it needs libdb2. I made preliminary libdb2 packages and uploaded them to alpha.gnu.org.
