Hi, I can't seem to get rid of the time differences between files created by Linux and Hurd.
This is what happens: both distributions have /etc/localtime ponting to the "same" file, that is (/usr)/share/zoneinfo/Americas/Sao_Paulo. /etc/timezone has the same string "Americas/Sao_Paulo". Still, files created through Linux are 3 hours later when shown in Hurd. For example, If I do, on Linux, touch /gnu/tmp/test When I boot into Hurd, /tmp/test's time is set three hours in the future. My guess is that Hurd thinks my machine clock is set to GMT time, instead of local time, and Linux thinks (correctly) that it is set to local time. Any hints? Am I doing something wrong? fc -- http://www.riverrun.com.br/
