As we don't have installation disks yet, you will need to install a minimal linux, or at least boot a miniLinux to make the partitions and get the installation packages from ftp or somehow. I recommmend to install Debian GNU/Linux in a very small partition, which can be your sqwap partition later. You only need a very minimal base system.
