Hello,

if you wonder how one can check which packages need to be compiled or
updated, quinn-diff is doing a decent job on this. Although it is horrible
hackish, especially with its override file and all. Anyway, as a guidance it
is quite usable.

Get quinn-diff package and install it, then get:

ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/unstable/main/binary-hurd-i386/Packages.gz
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/unstable/main/source/Sources.gz

unzip both and run

quinn-diff > quinn.out

See quinn-diff(1) for optional arguments.

Thanks,
Marcus
