Hello, if you wonder how one can check which packages need to be compiled or updated, quinn-diff is doing a decent job on this. Although it is horrible hackish, especially with its override file and all. Anyway, as a guidance it is quite usable.
Get quinn-diff package and install it, then get: ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/unstable/main/binary-hurd-i386/Packages.gz ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/unstable/main/source/Sources.gz unzip both and run quinn-diff > quinn.out See quinn-diff(1) for optional arguments.
