I tried to make a cross-install today and got the following problems: cross-install: base/libgdbmg1 base/libncurses4 base/libnet-perl \ install.log: bash pre-depends on libncurses5 install.log: libncurses5 is not installed. install.log: dpkg pre-depends on libncurses4 (>= 4.2-3.1)
libncurses4 (as in cross-install) is not available on the ftp servers and bash depends on libncurses5 which is not in cross-install. What is the solution for that? :-))) marcus: have you found my mail I sent you yet? ,-) -- Gerhard Poul Research & Development Dept.
