Still having no luck whatever getting the kernel to boot the SCSI disk where it lives. Grub has no problem with it whatevere ( it's set for BIOS control of all devices ) but when the kernel runs through boot up, it fails at finding servers.boot every time. It times out probing all SCSI devices, each twice.
I strongly suspect that it's because of a lack of Advansys SCSI support in serverboot.gz, but just don't know. Any help out there at all ? -- Cowboy Waste not, get your budget cut next year.
