heya is it possible to have more than 1 virtual terminal in the hurd? i've been looking at /etc/ttys and it looks like all that's available is the console and a terminal on the serial line. how would i get alt-f? to work?
i also noted that vi and lynx both have an annoying tendency to crash. i've forgotten the msg now, but if it's not a known bug i'll get it and post it. basically, neither will start at all. is there any way i can help the development of hurd at all? i'm currently a pretty primative programmer so i doubt i'll be of much use with coding anything, but if there's any other way i can help, i'd love to. i'm looking forward to GNU taking over the world ;> from da Bobstopper
