I installed apt and updated to the i386 distribution (doh)! So I tried deb ftp://ftp.us.debian.org/debian woody main/binary-hurd-i386
which went connected, only to complain that (from memory)
/debian/dists/woody/main/binary-hurd-i386/binary-all-i386/Content.gz
was not a plain file. Then a bus error.
Do I have an error in my sources.list? Should it even work? Did
munge things with my first mis-directed "apt-get update"?
