booting off of a offboard ide controller?

I was just wondering how exactly one would boot HURD off of a
PDC20262(Ultra66) IDE controller.  I know with the linux kernel one would
pass something like ide=0xd100,0xd110. Is there an equivlent of this for
the HURD?
