If you are using Debian, just search for them in dselect, or type
"apt-get install gcc-i386-gnu". But since you're asking this, you
probably use another distribution. In this case, you could try to find
the tool "alien" which can convert .deb packages into another format
(rpm et al).

The packages themselves are in /debian/pool/main/m/make-cross/ and on
your nearest Debian mirror (or ftp.debian.org, if you're desperate).

.orig.tar.gz, and .diff.gz are the sources; .deb contains binaries.
