util-linux Investigation.
I have had a look at this. util-linux-locales is in, but is unimportant.
Does file utils do the same job?
Replaces: color-ls, util-linux (<=2.7.1-1)
IMHO these are the key packages for the F3 build.
zip & unzip Investigate (non-US packages _should_ be included)
I have had some ideas about the non-US packages, but they may not work.
If this is the case, then we will be without non-US in this set.
To be investigated.
