You always should report a bug timely. Of course, it is good to spend a minute or twice to check if it really is a bug, and not some configuration problem or documented behaviour. But once you are sure, please report it. If the bug is some generic Debian GNU/Hurd problem, report it here. If it is a bug in a single package, file a bug in the BTS.
