Hi, GNU parted 1.5.2 is available in ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/parted/devel.
You can compile it (at least under linux) by changing po/Makefile.in to po/Makefile in configure.in, and then running automake autoconf ./configure make GNU parted is supposed to have Neals patches in, so it should work under the Hurd. As this is the first release ever supposed to do so, there might be any number of bugs. It would be very cool if someone could actually test this, and hammer out any bugs that might be in there.
