Hello Bill!

B> Thanks for all the responses, while they were quite useful, I am now
noticing that when I unmount the hurd partition in Linux before loading the
Hurd kernel using Grub, the Hurd gives me further
B> error- "bootstrap: panic: /dev/hd0s3//hurd/ext2fs.static: Not a directory"
B> /dev/hd0s3 is the hurd partition, but why the double f.slash and thus the
error?
AFAIK double slash is normal.
U can separate names in the path by any number of slashes and it will
be interpreted as single slash. :)

But I can say nothing about error. :(
