The issue here is content.  The current layout is good enough for
presentation of good content :)

If you get the web pages from CVS (the hurd web project in savanah.gnu.org),
you can look at any of the current pages to get a good template.

But if you write good content, somebody else can work it into the layout,
too (for example me).  (The list to send stuff to is [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
