I've uploaded the latest snapshot of the patch[1]. It's different than the previous patches and it's _very_ unstable. Debugging it is very hard (at least to me).

In the beginning of May, there was a discussion (in bug-hurd) with Neal about better ways to solve the limit and this snapshot follows these ideas.
